The 10th anniversary of the Furniture Associations Federation (MOSFED), the umbrella organization of the Turkish Furniture Industry, which has a sector size of $12 billion, creates 500,000 direct and indirect jobs, and exports $5 billion to 213 countries, was celebrated.

As part of the celebrations, the 10th Anniversary Symposium was organized. The opening speeches of the event were delivered by Mustafa Gültepe, President of the Türkiye Exporters Assembly - Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi Assembly (TİM), and Ahmet Güleç, TİM Vice President and Chairman of the MOSFED Board.

At the symposium, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Faruk Aysan, a faculty member at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar and a member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA), gave a presentation titled "Emerging New Industrial Policies and Global Economic Implications." Additionally, Prof. Dr. A. Hakan Kara, a faculty member at Bilkent Üniversitesi, delivered a presentation titled "A Perspective on the World and Turkish Economy Following the U.S. Elections."
