We organized a technical visit to the B&T Design Global production facilities with approximately 40 of our students. Wood and wood-based composite products are sustainable biomaterials. At these facilities, we observed various application examples of engineering wood composite materials, such as plywood, blockboard, and sandwich panels, used in the design of sustainable furniture and components. We also discussed topics related to sustainability and international certification in furniture production.
