The 13th International Conference on Key Engineering Materials (ICKEM), co-chaired by Prof. Dr. Alexander M. Korsunsky, one of the world's top University of Oxford scientists, and Zeki Candan, was held at the historical Rectorate Building of Istanbul University. The conference was sponsored by the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA), the Istanbul University Rectorate, and our Research Group. After the conference, our cultural heritage values were visited on the historical peninsula under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak, Rector of Kutahya Dumlupınar University, and information was given to scientists from abroad.
